Peter Hutchinson, an independent candidate for Governor of Minnesota, will be on campus to speak to the community on partisan politics and Minnesota's future. He will speak in the East Commons on TUESDAY, MAY 2 beginning at 11.30 a.m. and will take questions. Members of the Augsburg community are invited to bring their lunches and join in the conversation.

Message: The last regularly-scheduled shift in the writing lab for this spring semester will be Wednesday evening, May 3 from 6:30-9 p.m. Starting on May 9, the Lab will be open on Tuesday and Wednesday late afternoons/early evenings: 4:30 - 7 p.m. This schedule will run through the end of SSII, August 8, and should accommodate WEC, graduate, and summer school students. The writing lab is located on the street level of Lindell Library, to the left of the circulation desk.
Message: Murphy Square has arrived! Everyone is invited to pick up a copy of the publication at today's reading in the Christensen Center Student Art Gallery, behind the fireplace, at 1:00 p.m. today. Support the artists of Murphy Square as the authors read their pieces and the artwork is displayed on big screen. Food and refreshments will be provided. Copies of Murphy Square can be found in Christensen Center and Lindell Library.

Message: The Augsburg Reads Program located at Trinity congregation needs people willing to help neighborhood kids with their homework for an hour or two from 3:30-5:30 Monday through Friday until the first week of June. Our tutors are leaving us next week and the neighborhood schools are still in session and really could use your help! Message: On Wednesday April 26 a 512 mb thumb drive was left in the Mac computers in the Urness 24-hour-computer lab. It contained several files inlcuding Yatta, Ebooks, and SmallGames.
