The Assessment Committee is asking faculty and staff in the Academic and Student Affairs Division to complete the Assessment of Student Learning Survey. Results will be used to evaluate Augsburg Colleges level of assessment implementation as part of its participation in the Academic Quality Improvement Program. A summary of results will be included in a required report that must be submitted to The Higher Learning Commission this fall.

The theme for this spring's Lilly retreat is "finding our way home again". We will use spring themes to examine how we can connect who we are with what we do. Selected readings, poems, video, music and nature will serve as catalysts helping us to slow down, to hear ourselves, and to have significant conversations with each other. All activities are invitational and personal time is scheduled into the retreat.

Just a last minute reminder before you leave for Summer Break. Since your last day for the semester is May 4, 2006 and some of you might be going home for the summer, here is what you need to do to get your paycheck if you can't pick it up at the Enrollment Center. You need to submit a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Human Resources Department for your May paycheck, and we will mail out your check. If you work hours in May, youāll also need a self-addressed stamped envelope for June.
