First Year Student Move-In Day

Student move-in day is on Friday, August 28th, starting at 6:00 a.m. In order to manage logistics for move-in traffic, there will be a few changes regarding the flow of traffic and parking lot usage that you should be aware of in order to plan ahead for your day.

Please refer to our website to learn more details about the move-in, along with possible alternative routes to get to your designated parking lots.

Last Day of Summer Today in the WL

The last shift of the summer in the Writing Lab is Thursday, August 20. Finish those papers, applications, and personal statements between 4:30 and 7p.m. today! The lab will reopen with regular hours in mid-September; specifics will be posted in the library and in A-mail. Stay tuned!

Campus Activities and Orientation is now taking requests from students who wish to reserve a commuter locker for the 2015-2016 school year. Lockers are located in the Science Hall and will be assigned during the last week of August.

Food Service Hours

Thursday 8/20/15

Einstein's is open from 7:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. with a condensed menu.

The Commons is open from 7:15-8:30 a.m. for breakfast, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. for lunch, and 5-7 p.m. for dinner.

Nabo is closed.

Nabo will be reopening on Tuesday 8/25 with a condensed menu from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. On Friday 8/28 all Food Service Locations will be returning to regular hours and full menus. Nabo will be open from 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. The Commons will be open from 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Einstein's will be open from 7:30 a.m.-8 p.m., with Late Night Menu starting at 7 p.m.

Augsburg Office of Human Resources is pleased to offer discounted 2015 Renaissance Festival tickets available for purchase starting Monday, August 10, 2015 in Human Resources. Tickets can be purchased by check or cash. If paying by cash, please be sure to have exact amount.

The Renaissance Festival is open weekends, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., rain or shine, August 22nd through October 4th. The festival will also be open on Labor Day on September 7th and Festival Friday on October 2nd. Parking is free.

Daycare Position Available

Looking for a helper at a home daycare in Golden Valley. From 8 or 9 a.m. until about 1:15 p.m. (Times and number of days per week are flexible). We are looking for responsible dog sitters who have past experience. We have two dogs and live in a house with a yard in St. Louis Park. There is no need to walk the dogs, but we do expect the person to spend the night at our house.
