You're Invited: Give to the Max Day Open House 9/3

Academic departments, athletics, organizations and clubs are all invited to be a part of Give to the Max Day on Thursday, November 12. If you've sponsored a project in the past or are interested in learning more about being a part of Give to the Max Day this year, you are invited to a kick-off reception at the home of President Pribbenow next Thursday, Sept. 3 at Augsburg House.

Now is the time to choose a fundraising project to champion and start looking ahead to the one-day online giving event where donors around the world can support their favorite Minnesota nonprofits. Last year, 34 Augsburg projects were sponsored by students, faculty and staff, and the College raised more than $434,000 to come in first place among all Minnesota colleges and universities. Please join us in celebrating this success and looking ahead to another great year for Give to the Max Day.

Thursday, September 3
5:00-6:00 p.m.
Augsburg House
2848 W. River Parkway, Minneapolis

We hope you can join us to share your experience with Give to the Max Day or learn more about what it takes to sponsor a successful project. This is a great chance to get together with other project leaders and let us say thank you for being a part of Give to the Max Day this fall.

If you're not able to make the reception, please feel free to invite others from your department or send a colleague in your place. For more information or questions, please contact Ellie Schaaf at schaafe@augsburg.edu or 612-330-1591.
