Visit the WL on Mondays and Thursdays This Summer

Summer students, remember the Writing Lab! The lab is open (with reduced hours) through August 21. The lab is located on the street level of Lindell Library and is just left of the circulation desk. This service is free and available to all Augsburg students; no appointments are taken. Just show up with your ideas and your work-in-progress (hard copy). Here are the summer hours:

Mondays and Thursdays: 4:30-7 p.m.

After 7 years of outstanding service as executive assistant to the president, Barb Gaiser is retiring. Please join us for a reception honoring Barb TODAY from 2-3 p.m. in the president's office suite, Memorial Hall. There will be a short program at 2:15pm. See you there!

Einstein's is open from 7:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. with a condensed menu.

The Commons is open from 7:15-8:15 a.m. for breakfast, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. for lunch, and 5-6 p.m. for dinner.

Nabo is closed.

2015 McNair Summer Research Presentations

One component of the McNair Scholars Program is a 10-week summer research project. Each year students work with a faculty mentor on a specific topic, culminating in a final paper and presentation. In August students will be attending and presenting at the 23rd Annual McNair Scholars Symposium at the University of California-Berkeley. If you would like the opportunity to see these presentations at Augsburg, please join us on Monday, July 27, at 10am in Kennedy 303/305. Attendees are encouraged to select topics that interest them and to offer support and feedback to the Scholars. This event is open to the public, including all interested students, faculty and staff.
