Enrollment Center Hours During Finals

During the week of December 15th-19th the Enrollment Center's service window will be open during the following times:

Monday, December 15th: 12 noon-4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, December 16th: 12 noon-4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, December 17th: 12 noon-4:30 p.m.
Thursday, December 18th: 12 noon-3 p.m.
Friday, December 19th: 12 noon-4:30 p.m.

Food Service Hours

Friday 12/19/14
Nabo is open from 7:30am-1:30pm.

Einsteins is open from 7:30am-1:30pm.

The Commons is open from 7:30am-1:30pm. Market Place is serving Rotisserie Turkey Breast, Roasted Asparagus with Lemon Dill, Fried Brown Rice with Soy and Veggies, and Broccoli with Walnuts and Parmesan. Vege is serving Mexican Corn, Pesto Brown Rice, Oven Roasted Russet Fries with Dry Spicy Rub, and Butternut Squash Rice.

All Food Service Locations will be closing at 1:30 p.m. on Friday December, 19th. Einsteins will be open weekdays from 7:30 am to 1:30 p.m. from December 22nd to January 9th. All Food Service Locations will be closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day. All Food Service Locations will be closed Saturday January 10th. Einsteins and Nabo will be closed on January 11th and The Commons will be reopening at 5 p.m. on that day. All Food Service Locations will be reopening with regular hours on Monday, January 12th.

Hardwiring Happiness to Be Re-broadcast on MPR

CCHP has learned that Dr. Rick Hanson's convocation on Hardwiring Happiness will be re-broadcast on New Year's Eve at noon and 9 p.m. on MPR News Presents. It is possible that if there is breaking news that the broadcast could be delayed but MPR is hopeful it will happen at noon and 9 p.m.

So if you attended and want a refresher or if you were unable to attend and want to spend a little time on New Year's Eve to start the new year with a new perspective then check out the broadcast. Once it has aired we will provide a link for an archive that you can also check out.

Review Last Pay Stub 12/26/2014

Year End Preparation - For all 2014 faculty, staff and student workers
In preparation for year-end 2014, we ask each employee to review the items below and contact us with any changes or updates to your personal information that we have on file.

1) Verify the Name and Social Security Number on your pay stub.

In order for the Social Security Administration to properly post your earnings, the name on your pay stub must match the name on your social security card. If your name has changed legally (marriage, divorce, etc.) and it does not match your pay stub, please submit a copy of a Social Security card displaying the correct name to Human Resources to update your employment record.

To help protect your identity, your social security number (SSN) is not normally printed on your pay stub. We are including it on the 12/26/14 pay stub so the SSN may be verified. Please take a look at your pay stub and verify that the correct SSN is listed. If the Social Security Number on your pay stub is incorrect, please notify HR/Payroll immediately.

2) Verify the address on your pay stub.

W-2 forms will be available online by January 31, 2015, however we do request that you review the address listed on your pay stub to ensure we have your correct address on file. An Address and Name Change Form can be found on the HR Moodle. Complete the form and return it to the Human Resources office in Memorial Hall, room 19. If you need any further assistance regarding your change of address please call the HR office at ext. 1058.

3) Check your tax withholdings.

The tax withholdings you are currently claiming are printed on the bottom left section of your pay stub. If you wish to change your tax withholdings, please complete a new federal W-4 form. Copy Center - Closed December 22-January 1

Mailroom – Regular hours December 22-31: 10am -1pm
Closed December 24, 25, 26 and January 1

Shipping & Receiving - Reduced hours December 22-31: 9am -3pm
Closed December 24, 25, 26 and January 1

During this time we will continue to receive US Postal, FedEx, UPS and other courier deliveries. Deliveries to departments will also continue as normal. If your department will be closed or you have specific hours of operations, please contact the mail room at 612-330-1750 or mailship@augsburg.edu to coordinate your deliveries.
