Faculty and Staff 2014-2015 Parking Permits

Fac/Staff parking permits will go on sale Aug 11 at 8:30 a.m.!
Please login prior to registration to make sure your employee status is correct. If you have any questions regarding your FTE please contact the Human Resource Center (staff) or Nate Hallanger (faculty).

To register, log into Augnet and click "Parking Services" on the left hand side. Update your contact and vehicle information (license, make, model, color, year) Click "P" for Parking then select your permit type Select & proceed to select your payment options. Passes will be ready for pickup at the Public Safety desk in two business days. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID!

During the school year we will start enforcing all permit lots again. In the summer, due to the lower flow of cars on campus we allowed all permit holders to park in any lots, but we will go back to enforcing each permit lot.

If you are interested in purchasing an underground parking permit for the year, please keep in mind that those do not open for sale until Aug 29 and will be open for both residential students and Fac/Staff.

Memorial Elevator Out of Service August 4-29

The Memorial Hall elevator modernization (to comply with City of Minneapolis ordinances), will begin on Monday, August 4. The project completion is expected Friday, August 29 and the elevator will be out of service for the duration of the project. If you have any need for assistance, moving supplies, furniture or other items during this period please contact the Facilities Management Office at 612-221-0232, and we will be happy to assist you.

"Ode to Joy" Music Garden deadline

Many of you have been involved in the Music Therapy program at some time during the past 40 years. This fall, we are celebrating our 40th anniversary by installing three beautiful outdoor musical instruments close to the Charles Anderson Music Hall. Here is the link to the instruments:

Job Opportunity for Students

Hi my name is Frankie, and I will be a student at Augsburg in the fall. I'm looking for students who want to make some money and gain job experience. I use a wheelchair and require assistance with daily living tasks. I'm looking to hire some personal care attendants (PCAs). The pay is about $12 an hour. I have already filled some positions so I'm looking for somebody who could work 12 p.m.-5 p.m. or 7 a.m.-12 p.m. If anybody is interested/require more information please email me at mcnamarf@augsburg.edu
