ACTC Bus Winter Reminders

Winter weather reminders

Delays: Winter driving conditions and traffic delays may cause significant delays to ACTC bus service - particularly route #2. To find out whether the ACTC bus is running late or when it will arrive at your stop, call the Safe-Way Bus Company dispatcher at 651.451.1375 or use the mobile tracking application posted at www.actc-mn.org/bus. When buses are delayed for 15 minutes or more, ACTC will attempt to announce the delay via Twitter and Facebook.

Transferring between buses: Let the ACTC bus driver know if you plan to transfer between buses at the St. Kate’s Saint Paul campus. Our drivers can contact each other via radio and will accommodate transfers as well as possible.

Cancellations: In case of severe weather, ACTC bus service may be delayed or canceled. Check WCCO.com, WCCO-TV Channel 4, or WCCO Radio 830 for cancellation information.

Bus schedule reminders

ACTC bus service ends on Friday, December 21, 2012 and resumes on January 14, 2013. There is no bus service during the first half of January.

The spring schedule and bus stop times will remain the same as fall 2012; view http://www.actc-mn.org/bus for details.

Mural Art Explored in Spanish Conversation Group

Please join us in the last Spanish conversation group of the semester for this special event:

Have you ever noticed the wonderful mural art in Minneapolis and wondered what it is all about? Come join current Augsburg Spanish students as they discuss and show their short, documentary films about the mural art found on East Lake Street, at Coffman Memorial Union (U of M campus) and the most recent addition to South High School. Don't miss this opportunity to see the amazing work produced by Latin American Culture students (SPA 332) on Thursday, December 13 starting at 11:30am in the Riverside Room.
