Message: Augsburg FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) would like to invite everyone to join them tonight at 9pm in the Marshall room for a night of worship and prayer. We will be singing songs and spending time praying for one another, for ourselves, and for the world. Then, we'll have homemade cookies and milk as usual. Everyone is welcome-- you don't need to be an athlete to attend. We hope to see you tonight!

The Girls in Engineering, Mathematics and Science (GEMS) and the Gise In Science and Engineering (GISE) will be employing 10-12 undergraduates (female and male focusing in education, math, science, engineering or related fields) students starting mid June through mid August. This 16 hour a week (GEMS: Tuesday/Thursday; GISE: Monday/ Wednesday) mentoring posting gives Augsburg undergraduates valuable experience working with middle school girls and boys in academically enriched projects (robotics, building the surface of the Moon, the chemistry of cosmetics, etc.) Augsburg students must be eligible for work-study; $12.50-13.00/hour. Interested students should contact Jeanine Gregoire at gregoire@augsburg.edu. Deadline for application is May 5.
Message: As you know, the retirement party for Mary Kingsley is in East Commons on Tuesday, May 1 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Please come! If you don't like public speaking, but do have an anecdote you would like us to share, please send a brief text to shack@augsburg.edu Thanks!
