The Center for Leadership Studies (CLS) invites you to attend A Place to Shine: Bringing Out the Human Spirit at Work, a workshop presented by Dan Hanson of Augsburgs communication studies department. Hanson will share his vision of a workplace that brings out the best in the individual and the organization. He will explore the question that is at the core of his work and his writing: Under what conditions does the human spirit soar?

For those of you lucky graduating seniors who have taken out a Federal Stafford Loan while attending Augsburg College, it is required that you complete some form of Exit Counseling. The Financial Aid Office will be offering an Exit Counseling Session on Wednesday, April 25th from 6:30 to 7:30pm in Christiansen Center in the Marshall Room. In this session you will learn about repayment terms, budgeting and what does consolidation mean. If you are not able to make it to this event you can also complete your Exit Loan Counseling online at www.mapping-your-future.com. Once on this page you will click on Student Loan Counseling Interview, then Stafford Exit. We will receive notice that you've completed this form and make note of it on your account.

The Mike Augustin Scholarship has been created in honor of the former St. Paul Pioneer Press sports writer. Mr. Augustin covered Minnesota sports for many years. He was especially fond of the Minnesota private schools and their emphasis on a liberal arts education.
