Staff and faculty are invited to enjoy a COMPLIMENTARY LUNCH courtesy of the Lilly Program as Prof. Bibus shares reflections on his life experiencesbecoming a social worker, teaching social work, and finding a home at Augsburg College. This program is a year-long academic seminar for students who have a possible interest in attending seminary or pursuing graduate study in the sacred arts or theology. Learn the dos and don'ts of research poster making at URGOs Research Poster Making Workshop on Wednesday, March 28th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Sverdrup computer room 205. We'll look at numerous samples for clues as to what works, we'll talk about how research is communicated in various disciplines and cover basic technology for making a poster. You'll have time to get started making your poster or refining it.

April 9th dinner invitation
Message: All students, faculty, and staff are invited to a dinner from 7-8:30 on Mon. April 9th, in East Commons. The event is co-sponsored by the Sabo Scholars, the Humpty Dumpty Institute (HDI), and Congresswoman Betty McCollum. HDI, a non-governmental organization which helps clear land mines overseas, is bringing UN ambassadors and U.S. government officials to the Twin Cities to discuss land mine clearance and food security issues. The event will continue April 10th, with lunch and a panel at the U of M. Dinner costs are being covered by HDI, but we do need a count of those who will be attending. No Pilates Today - Back Next Week Message: There will be no pilates instruction today. Pilates will be offered again next Wednesday, April 4th and again April 11, and finally April 18th.
