and U.S. Ambassadors to visit Augsburg! Message: This Wednesday, March 7, Knut Vollebaek, Norwegian Ambassador to the United States, and U.S. Ambassador to Norway, Benson Whitney, will visit Augsburg. They are traveling as part of a delegation that includes former Augsburg President Bill Frame, Rolf Willy Hansen (General Consulate, Minneapolis), Grethe Bratlie (Deputy Director General of the Norwegian Ministry of Education), and Christian Hansson (representative of the Norwegian Embassy). As part of their visit to Augsburg, the delegation will participate in a student panel, the topic of which will focus on international education. The Augsburg Community is invited and encouraged to attend the student panel, which will take place from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. in the Minneapolis Room. We kickoff today with our "Mirrorless Monday" where the Augsburg Community will be encouraged to focus on how we are all "beautiful on the inside." Message: The Augsburg Associates are delighted to have Bill Green as the speaker for the Spring Seminar on March 17 at 9 a.m. in Foss Atrium. Dr. Green is an Augsburg History professor who has spent the past year as the Interim Superintendent of the Minneapolis Public Schools, and was recently named Superintendent. President Pribbenow will also be at the Seminar to provide the invocation and introduction of Dr. Green. Please join us for a continental breakfast and what will surely be a most interesting presentation.
