Special Biophysics Seminar August 2

On August 2, Augsburg Biophysics will host Dr. Roy Black, an affiliate professor in the department of bioengineering at the University of Washington.

Dr. Black will present a seminar titled: "Vesicles formed by a pre-biotic lipid selectively bind to and are stabilized by the base and sugar components of RNA: a simple origin for cellular evolution."

Time/Location: August 2, 2 p.m. in Sverdrup 1.

Joining us in a discussion to follow the seminar will be membrane biophysicists and student researchers from St. Olaf.

1984 Honda Magna 700cc (v45) in great shape with 19,201 miles. Clean windshield, comfortable seats with no rips/tears, adjustable back rest, cruise control. Nearly perfect paint. Always stored indoors.
