Public Safety and Facilities Announcements
2011-2012 Auto Insurance Cards
Facilities and Risk Management has received the new Automobile Insurance cards for September 1, 2011-September 1, 2012.
I have the new card available as a pdf document. For individuals or departments requiring a copy of the new card, please email draus@augsburg.edu and I will return a copy of the pdf document as a response to your request.
A copy of proof of automobile insurance needs to be in every Augsburg vehicle [glove box].
For individuals renting vehicles on behalf of Augsburg business, it is required to carry a copy of the proof of insurance as the College's insurance program covers non-owned vehicles. Please note when renting automobiles for Augsburg business you should always decline the insurance offered by the rental company.
If you have any questions about the College's risk insurance program [not including benefits] please feel free to contact David Draus [X1033].
