Enrollment Center New Hours
Starting on August 29th our hours will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. We will continue to be open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. when WEC classes are in session. Our walk up advising and financial counseling window hours are as follows: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Our Express Service window (renamed Enrollment Services) will be open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We will continue to close for chapel time.
Why the change? We wanted to offer a more robust service to our students. Every Tuesday and Thursday night until 6 p.m., Student Financial Services and Academic Advising will be available to students over the phone and in person for scheduled or walk in appointments. On Saturdays our Enrollment Service window will be available alongside our Financial and Advising/Registration window to assist students.

Focused Conversation
The Campus Space and Master Plan that was approved by the Board of Regents last May calls out the need for the College to establish an infrastructure to best manage our physical assets that establishes:
standards for furniture, fixtures, and equipment for common meeting areas and work spaces;
planning to allow for the appropriate handling of deferred maintenance needs;
action plans to remodel the second floor of the library to support students' academic success (Gage Center);
planning to increase the utilization of the space in the lower level of the Christensen Center (A-Club Grill); and,
a framework to be followed when assigning space to various departments or individuals.
Please join us for a Focused Conversation relative to the above which will include an overview of the work that has commenced over the summer months, particularly relative to the Mortensen renovations, Library shifts to the lower level, Gage Center build out on the second floor of the library, and A-Club Grill/Admissions renovation work in the Christensen Center.
When: Monday, August 29
Time: 2:30- 3:30 p.m.
Where: Marshall Room, Christensen Center
If you have any questions prior to the meeting, please contact David Draus on extension x1033.
