Teaching and Learning

Tutors Needed for Cedar-Riverside Adults

A new Adult Tutoring Program will start at Augsburg next week. We are currently looking for students interested in volunteering their time and talents by tutoring adults from the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood. Tutoring will occur on Tuesdays-Thursdays from 3:30 to 5:30 in Foss.

We are looking for students from all scholarly disciplines to tutor. This is a great opportunity for students to meet adults in the community and to not only refine communication and teaching skills, but to engage with adults from a variety of ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds.

The Trinity-Augsburg Partnership (with the help of the Sabo Center and the Bonner Program) is making this program possible.

Please e-mail Adam Spanier at spaniera@augsburg.edu if interested in tutoring.
