Darfur Events Message:
Photographer Ryan Spencer Reed went to borders of Chad and southern Sudan to capture the effects of the Darfur genocide. Thirty six pictures will be on display from March 27th to April 6th in the rear of the chapel. The entrance is the through atrium, not the normal Chapel entrance. A large butcher paper sign hangs over the entrance door.

Study Abroad Survey for Faculty and Staff Message:
The Office of International Programs (OIP) is implementing a project for AQIP called Study Abroad Curriculum Integration. As part of this project it is important to collect information about the current level of study abroad knowledge and gauge perspectives on study abroad within the Augsburg community. This will also help us move forward supporting the Global Learning Center outlined by President Pribbenow.

Vocatio Chapel with Elizabeth Hunter on April 11 Message:
Augsburg College will conclude the 2006-07 Vocatio Chapel Series with writer Elizabeth Hunter. Elizabeth is a section editor of The Lutheran magazine, the magazine of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Raised in the Twin Cities, Elizabeth now lives in Chicago with her husband, a hard-working youth director, and her two children, Evan and Jacob. Jacob is only 4 months old, and he will be joining Elizabeth during her visit!

HUZZAH! Medieval Game Night Message: It's NOT "Dungeons and Dragons"! The Goliard Society of Medievalist will host an evening of games that were actually played during the Middle Ages. Learn "Hnefatafl", a strategy game played by the Vikings; "Knucklebones and Fivestones", a game of dexterity; and "Riddling", in which a knight must prove that his wordplay is as good as his swordplay! We'll also have more familiar board games like chess and Nine Men's Morris. Medieval Game Night will take place in on Tuesday, April 10, from 6 to 9 p.m., in Sverdrup 202.
