    Open Hearings on Proposed Code of Ethics cancelled
     Message: Faculty Senate has decided to take more time in deliberations on the proposed Code of Ethics. The plan now is to bring the proposal to the faculty for vote at the March faculty meeting. The open hearings originally scheduled for early February are cancelled. Stay tuned for open hearings in late February or early March. Subject:

    Honoring Martin Olav Sabo

Martin Olav Sabo '59,  will be honored as an outstanding Norwegian American on Monday, Jan. 29 from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Christensen Center.  This honor is being bestowed on him by the Norwegian American Foundation and the Royal Norwegian Consulate General in partnership with Augsburg College.  The reception includes light refreshments and several speakers, including Paul C Pribbenow, Former State Senator Roger Moe, and Rolf Hansen, Consul General of Norway, and  Dr. Loren J. Anderson, President of the Norwegian American Foundation Board and President of Pacific Lutheran University.
