There is a wealth of information to learn about the American Indian culture, history, contemporary issues, spirituality, art, literature, language, etc. Consider taking an AIS course (or two!), doing a goodle search, checking out books on culture (especially those written by Native people or presented from the Native perspective), attending a pow wow, participate in the AIS film festival, or participating in an AISSP event.

THINKING ABOUT LIVING IN NEW HALL or THE OREN GATEWAY CENTER?
Message:
I am looking for a person with a large tattoo/s on their forearm to pose for a photograph for a publication put out by the financial aid department. If your forearm has artistic merit, and you are willing to volunteer to be a model, let me know. Your time commitment would be approximately 15 minutes.
Message: We received information on Thursday, November 30, that the mother of Augsburg student Nethaniel Peretz died that morning in Texas. We currently have no further information. Please keep Nethaniel in your thoughts and prayers.

Make Your Own Table-Top Christmas Tree!
Message:
Do you need an inexpensive gift to give? Are you a student who would like a small tree in your dorm room to enjoy this holiday season? Would you like to use your creative talents to make a Christmas decoration for a relative, friend, nursing home resident, apartment dweller, co-worker, etc?
