As most of you are aware, Lot H, also know as the North Faculty Staff Lot, is closed for construction of the Gateway building. Faculty and staff parking displaced by this project has shifted to Lot L, which is the newly constructed parking lot just east of the athletic field.
Message:
General student parking permit sales were held the fourth week of August. If you missed this opportunity to purchase a parking permit, a second permit sale is being held on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7 beginning at 7 a.m. Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. There are a limited number of permits remaining, but commuter, resident, and New Hall underground garage permits are all still available.

TO: Augsburg College New Faculty and Staff
Prior to that gathering, we are inviting you to a dinner at St. Martin's Table on Thursday the 7th of September from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. St. Martin's is an easy walk from campus as it is located a 2001 Riverside Avenue. The evening will be a chance to socialize with your colleagues and resume friendships you might have begun at the orientation. Dinner will be simple; soup and salad accompanied by St. Martin's wonderful bread. We hope the evening will be a relaxing time after the first few hectic days of students arriving and classes beginning.

If you are working with the CLASS office or the Access Center, you need to meet with us to get your accommodations and meetings set up for the semester. You need to meet with your specialist EVERY SEMESTER if you want to access accommodations.
CLASS: x1053, Foss 17 http://www.augsburg.edu/classprogram/
Message:
Students will be letting you know that they work with either the CLASS Office or the Access Center by giving you a letter to sign. It does actually contain vital information. The main thing to look at is the accommodations section which lists those academic accommodations that a student is eligible for. The back of the letter also has details about the procedure faculty should follow when a student is taking a test in the Groves Lab.

I am pleased to have the privilege of announcing that President Pribbenow has approved the addition of three paid holidays during the week between Christmas and New Year's for non-union staff. For most of us, this means a ten-day break starting Saturday, December 23 and ending Monday, January 1.
