The Office of Undergraduate Research and Graduate Opportunity (URGO) will be hosting a six-week GRE prep course this semester, beginning Wednesday, February 15th that will run from 6 to 8 p.m. (9 p.m. the first night).

Michael Olesen, Infection Control Practitioner at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital will be speaking in Biology Seminar on Friday, February 3 at 3:40 p.m in SCI 123. The subject of his talk is "Not IF but WHEN: The Threat of Pandemic Influenza".

Augsburg students are invited to attend the David Lynch Film workshop, "Consciousness and Creativity," held in Iowa City, March 24-26, 2006. David Lynch is the director of wildly imaginative and quirky films, such as "Blue Velvet," "Mulholland Drive," and "The Elephant Man." He is also widely known as the creative force behind the TV series, "Twin Peaks."
