Message:
The Goliard Society of Medievalists will be hosting a medieval feast and performance on campus in the end of February. We need jugglers, singers, musicians, table servers, and others to make this event a success. To find out how you can participate, come to the informational meeting this Sunday at 6 p.m. in Lindell 301.
Message:
All students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend a four-part study of the Gospel of Mark, led by Religion professor Russell Kleckley. This study will begin Monday, January 23 at 12:10 p.m. in the Riverside Room (and will end at 1:10 p.m.).

Campus Ministry would like to invite you to come with us on the Bus to Biloxi during spring break. We will be staying at a local church, and spending the week working to help rebuild the homes of the hurricane victims. To find out more information check out our website at: www.augsburg.edu/campmin

Did you participate in the National History Day program when you were in middle school, junior high, or high school? If so, the Augsburg Historical Society is looking for you.
Message:
As you return you campus, you will see posters up for a conference entitled, Redefine the Rainbow. This is a conference sponsored by Campus Ministry, ASAC, QSU, Student Activities & Orientation, and a host of other organizations. This conference may be for YOU!
Message:
All are welcome to join us for a night of FREE TUBING at Buck Hill on Friday, February 3. We will have a bus to transport people to and from Buck Hill, you just need to meet us in Foss at 7 p.m.
Message: Are you looking to meet new people? Are you looking to show your support for the GLBT people on the Augsburg campus? Well then you are invited to Queer & Straight in Unity's weekly meeting. Bring yourself, bring a friend. They are held Sunday nights at 8:00 in the Auggie?s Nest formerly Cooper?s Attic. Hope to see you there.
Message: Join us from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. this evening for two art receptions. In the Christensen Center Art Gallery meet Terry Gydesen, whose photographs in the show "Justice for All?" provide a commentary on the controversial subject of gay rights. In the Gage Gallery, Barbara Claussen will be available to answer questions about her installation "Borders" that explores the boundaries between public and private spaces. If you haven't interacted with this exhibition yet, come on in and join the dialogue. I can't think of a better way to start off the weekend than enjoying some thought-provoking art, good food and drink, and pleasing flute music. |
