Message: The Center for Counseling & Health Promotion will be offering a six session group experience in Mindfulness Meditation. The experience aims to help students alleviate stress and enrich their lives by engaging fully in the present moment. Mindfulness meditation helps us to step back and pay attention to what is happening in our minds presently without attaching to it. The sessions will be on Thursdays from 3:15 - 4:00 p.m. beginning next Thursday 1/26 and will be held in the CCHP office. They will be facilitated by Nancy Guilbeault and Jamie McDonell. To sign up or ask questions, please call Dianne in the CCHP office at 612-330-1707. Space is limited so please call soon. |
