This is a required two-day orientation experience for all incoming first-year students who will be starting at Augsburg University in Fall 2018. SOAR is designed to help with the transition to Augsburg.

Whether you have never used the Moodle gradebook and want to learn the basics OR have been using the gradebook, but would like us to do a "pre-semester check up" this is the workshop for you. The E-Learning team will be on hand to offer assistance. Location: Hagfors 373

Paideia is a pedagogy that encourages inquiry-based, democratic discussions around a common text. This workshop will give participants a chance to participate in a Paideia style seminar, and learn how to implement Paideia seminars. RSVP by 8/25. Location: Hagfors Center 301
