Teaching and Learning

Social Justice, Art and Writing: HECUA USA

Since 1988, Augsburg College through its partnership with HECUA has been offering an off-campus semester on the role of the arts in social justice. In 2007, a semester program on writing and the role of the written word in social change was added. Today, these long-standing programs are in need of re-imagining.

HECUA is seeking the thoughts and ideas from Augsburg faculty and staff.

+How might such a program contribute to departmental goals and the hopes you hold for students?
+What would excite Augsburg students and advisers in a new HECUA program?
