Food and fun at the Augsburg Spring Picnic

The Augsburg Spring Picnic, held on Thursday, May 17 in Murphy Park, kicked off the summer on campus. The annual event was sponsored by the Staff Senate, Faculty Senate and workculture@augsburg committee.
Lunch included a picnic of hamburgers, hot dogs, potato chips, baked beans, pasta salad, cookies and lemonade. The sounds of karaoke filled the campus and a drawing for prizes including Augsburg gear and various gift certificates rewarded attendees.
The names of newly elected staff senators Matt Rumpza, Becky Taute, and Sandy Tilton were announced.
