Task force to present preliminary plans for Christensen Center

The Christensen Center Task Force is committed to creating a space that supports student, faculty, and staff interaction; provides a sense of welcome; and serves as a home for commuter students (Day, Weekend College, and Graduate).
The Task Force outlined desired building components, with input from a campus survey, and recently met with architects to sketch preliminary plans for the new student center. Community meetings will be held to present these plans. Dates are as follows:
- Thursday, March 29, 3-4 p.m. East Commons
- Thursday, March 29, 5-6 p.m. Student Art Gallery space
- Saturday, March 31, 12-1 p.m. Student Art Gallery Space
