Ally Training provides a safe space to gain knowledge and skills about gender and sexual diversity, and to ask questions and engage in conversations we do not often have the chance to explore. Participants learn about lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex, and asexual (LGBTQIA) communities; think critically about gender and sexuality; discuss language and privilege; reframe myths and stereotypes; and explore how we can be allies to each other across identities and experiences.
