Daily A-mail Schedule
The Daily A-mail will be on hiatus Thursday, December 31, and Friday, January 1, because Augsburg College will observe New Year's holidays. Publication will resume Monday, January 4, and announcements for this edition should be submitted Monday morning before 10 a.m.
Please send questions or concerns via email to a-mail-corrections@augsburg.edu. Thank you.
Last Chance to Buy a Brick
It's the last chance to honor a mentor, a family legacy, a friendship with a brick! Until Dec. 31, Auggies can buy a brick and leave a legacy in the Hagfors Center for Science, Business, and Religion. A limited number of bricks are available and will be displayed in the new building. Dont miss your opportunity to be part of this new building. Augsburg will inscribe a brick with your name or the name of someone youd like to honor.
Get your brick today: augsburg.edu/csbr/buy-brick-build-legacy/

Thurs, January 7 - Health and Wellness Integration
All faculty and staff are invited to the workshop "Integrating Health and Wellness Across the Curriculum."
This workshop will introduce data on Augsburg students' health and health-related behaviors, share current policies and best practices for supporting students, and - importantly -- focus on ideas for developing course content and pedagogy to teach the many dimensions of well-being. Your colleagues will share examples of how they incorporate wellness into Music, Social Work, Physical Education, History and other courses.
Featuring Katherine Lust, Director of Research, Boynton Health Service, U of MN
Sponsored by an AACU "Bringing Theory to Practice" Well-Being Grant, this seminar is designed to advance our work on Student Learning Outcome #4: As Thoughtful Stewards
