Fiscal 11-12 Year End Invoices
Many of us have outstanding invoices on our desks, in the mail, or in the process of various approvals. These invoices must be provided to Accounts Payable (AP) and properly coded with the correct account coding and approved so that we can enter them into the Agresso Accounts Payable system. Accounting will gladly assist you in determining the correct coding.
In order to facilitate a clean cutoff related to Augsburg’s fiscal year-end, please submit any outstanding invoices related to equipment, supplies, and services received prior to and including May 31 to Amy Daugherty in AP (Science Bldg, Ste 148) with proper coding and approved by Friday June 8, 2012.
