Looking for Housing Near Dinkytown?
Anybody need a place to live or know somebody looking for a place to live? I am looking for one or two people who could move in to a house in the Dinkytown area. The time frame would be from the beginning of April (or as soon as possible) through the end of August. The move-in date is negotiable. For additional information, send me or my roommate an email at rethwisc@augsburg.edu or schenhei@augsburg.edu!
2 Bed Apt in Nearby Owner Occupied Duplex
The upstairs apartment in our home will be available the last week in June. It's in the Corcoran neighborhood, just a 10 minute bike ride south of campus in a neat part of town (farmers market, LRT, YWCA, and more just blocks away). I just received an application for it, so if looks like a good option for you or a friend, let me know real soon. Pictures and all the information is at: http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hnp/apa/2919011262.html.
Freezer for Sale
I am selling my almost-new top loading freezer because I have no need for it. It is 5 cub. feet and in perfect condition. I purchased it for $180, and I'm asking $120 for it, but I would be willing to negotiate pricing.
Please email me at watson3@augsburg.edu if you are interested. I could send a picture, or you could come see the freezer at your convenience. I live in the Seward neighborhood.
