New Staff in Residence Life Message: It is my pleasure to announce the arrival of three new staff in the Department of Residence Life. Amanda Erdman, the new Director of Residence Life, comes to Augsburg from Cornell University (the "other" one in New York state). Amanda received her B.A. from Coe College and her master's degree at the University of Northern Iowa. She brings excellent experience in residence life programs, multiculturalism, and women's issues. Her new telephone extension is x1558. The two new Hall Directors are Brian Emerick (HD in New Hall) and Michael Perry (HD in Mortensen). Brian worked in Admissions at the University of Iowa where he received his master's degree. Michael comes to us from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He received his master's degree from UWO. As a point of interest, Phillip Hernandez (formerly the HD in Mortensen) is moving to the new Oren Gateway Center and will be the very first HD there. Please join Student Affairs in welcoming our new staff. |
