Message:
Its time to think about parking permits for the 2007 08 school year! Public Safety, in our efforts to improve the parking permit process for everyone on campus, listens to feedback from the campus community and engages a Parking Committee to make minor adjustments to improve the overall parking experience at Augsburg.

Message: The Dean's office is looking for 11 student volunteers to serve as flag bearers during the Sunday, June 24th commencement for about 1 hour. The flag bearers will wear a black robe (provided by the dean's office) and lead a parade of graduates from the Christensen Center to Si Melby where the commencement ceremony will take place. You will receive a $10 gift card to the coffee shop for partaking in this very important event. Please contact Vinni Thongthi at 612-330-1024 or thongthi@augsburg.edu to sign up.
Message:
The Augsburg College mission is to nurture future leaders in service to the world ... Thus, an Augsburg education asks students to fully explore what kind of persons they will be and how they will live meaningfully in the world. An Augsburg education involves the whole student. Faculty and staff are partners in each students education. This holistic approach by Augsburg matches very well with the C. Charles Jackson Foundation's mission and values.

As part of her fellowship requirements with the Ministry of Gender and Development, she will be blogging about her experience. The purpose of her blog is to spread knowledge to as many people as possible and to have conversations about some of the issues that she encounters. Please check it out and help me support her!
