Permit prices: resident, commuter, and P.A. permits are $120 for spring semester, with registration and full payment required online.

Beginning Monday, Jan. 15, the new Kennedy Center entrance will become the main entrance for the Kennedy Center/Si Melby Hall complex. The current doors on Melbys north side will be locked and converted to emergency exits only.

Professor letters from CLASS and Access students

Faculty: Students will be letting you know that they work with either the CLASS Office or the Access Center by giving you a letter to sign. It lists the accommodations a student is eligible for and the name of the specialist working with that student. The back of the letter details the procedure faculty should follow when a student is taking a test in the Groves Lab.

Augsburg participation in Joint Mathematics Meeting
Message: Four faculty and two students from the Mathematics Department attended the AMS/MAA Joint Mathematics Meetings in New Orleans January 4 - 8. Mathematics/Computer Science double-majors Lava K.C. and Cory Nathe presented posters in the Undergraduate Research Poster session. Professor Jody Sorensen organized a panel on "Engaging Students in research, Clubs, Student Chapters, and Internships" and presented on a different panel on Expository Writing in Mathematics. Professor Matt Haines presented on a panel on "Strategies for Making and Sustaining Research Collaborations as a Faculty Member in a Small Department". Professor Su Dorée taught a minicourse on "Evaluating Student Presentations in Mathematics". Professor Tracy Bibelnieks participated in two minicourses - one on the mathematics of wavelets and the other on Quantitative Reasoning projects. Subject:

Life and CCHP will be tabling on Wednesday, Jan. 17 and Thursday, Jan. 18 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in Christensen Center for sign-ups to donate blood on Monday, Jan. 22 when the Memorial Blood Center bloodmobile is on campus. Sign-ups are in 15 minute intervals from 10a.m. - 4p.m. You can either stop by the table to sign up on Wednesday or Thursday or contact Emily in Res Life at 507-358-1182 for your time slot.
