The term is well underway, and it's time to think about registration for the upcoming term. You're probably wondering whom you should see for advising. We have completed the advisor assignment process for students entering Augsburg in fall term. At this point all undergraduate students have an assigned faculty advisor. Students are encouraged to discuss academic and career plans their faculty advisor on a regular basis. Part of your discussion will undoubtedly focus on course selection, but we hope your relationship will be much more than that. We hope this will be an opportunity to build a faculty-student mentoring relationship that will greatly enhance your academic and career focus while assisting you in course selection.

To: All Benefits-Eligible Faculty and Staff:
Message: On Thursday, November 3rd and Friday, November 4th, the Administrative Accounting and Human Resources Departments will be forced to suspend all operations that are related to our main operating system. The scheduled conversion of student services data to our new Agresso system is forcing us to interrupt our software related services. Replacement or special payroll, payable, and credit refund checks cannot be produced. We will also not be able to process purchase order requests or provide personal or departmental reporting. This includes the viewing of departmental budgets via the web. We expect all services to be renewed as of Monday, November 7th.
Message: Don't miss the opening receptions for Thomas Westbrook's installation "Fragments: Glimpses of History and Place" in the Christensen Center Art Gallery and Gregory Fitz & Jake Keeler's two-person painting exhibition "Recent Works" in the Gage Family Art Gallery. The shows open this Friday, Nov. 4 and the receptions run from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Join us for great art, food, and music!
